Planning a wedding abroad shouldn’t feel like decoding a contract. I help you choose the right all-inclusive resort, navigate wedding packages with clarity, and organize your guest experience so nothing feels chaotic. From venue selection to room blocks to understanding what’s actually included, I make sure you move forward with confidence & not confusion.

What I handle:

  • I’ve personally been to dozens of all-inclusive resorts and know the difference between places that photograph well and places that actually deliver a great experience for you and your guests.

  • Your guests will have questions: about rooms, pricing, transfers, timelines, and everything in between. Instead of fielding those messages yourself, they come to me. I manage the logistics so you don’t have to.

  • I’m detail-oriented, organized, and involved the entire way through. You’ll receive a short, manageable checklist each month to guide decisions and keep things moving, without overwhelm. I’m involved throughout the process to help you stay on track and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

MEET YOUR TRAVEL PLANNER

Travel isn’t a hobby in our house — it’s the backbone.

I'm a history nerd who has been to nearly half the countries in Europe, has strong opinions about carbonara, and genuinely believes a well-timed Aperol spritz can fix most things. I planned my own destination wedding from Vermont, which is how I learned firsthand what it actually takes, and what most couples are missing.

I work with a small number of clients each year on purpose. You'll get someone who knows your wedding, your people, and your priorities, not a portal and a packet.

If you care about the details but don't want to get buried in them, we'll get along beautifully.
