An expert eye on resorts: I’ve personally been to dozens of all-inclusive resorts and know the difference between places that photograph well and places that actually deliver a great experience for you and your guests.

Guest Management handled (by me): Your guests will have questions: about rooms, pricing, transfers, timelines, and everything in between. Instead of fielding those messages yourself, they come to me. I manage the logistics so you don’t have to.

Steady guidance from start to finish: I’m detail-oriented, organized, and involved the entire way through. You’ll receive a short, manageable checklist each month to guide decisions and keep things moving, without overwhelm. This is where my expertise matters most. Based on what you care about — vibe, guest experience, food, adults-only energy, budget — I narrow the options to resorts that actually deliver, not just look good on the website.
Dates, Contracts & the Calendar

Once you’ve chosen a resort, I handle the details that trip people up: date availability, room block contracts, and all the fine print. I walk you through what matters, what doesn’t, and what to sign, clearly and confidently.
Guest Experience, Managed

Your guests have questions. Lots of them. Instead of coming to you, they come to me: for booking, payments, transfers, and logistics. I manage the moving parts so your guests just pack, show up, and enjoy. & you don’t field any controversial questions.
Final Prep & Wedding Week

As your date approaches, we make sure everything is squared away: timelines, confirmations, and last details. By the time you arrive, the planning is done. All that’s left is to enjoy the weekend you envisioned.
